The pay structure basically works like this:
- For every good lead that you referred & get to interview with a company successfully, you will receive a $10 GetLinks Credits reward you can use in exchange of GetLinks Subscriptions and other vouchers services with the platform partners.
- For every good lead that gets hired, you will also receive the bonus amount listed next to the job. I have seen a few job bonuses listed for $500 and on up to $1000 depending upon the complexity of the job as well as the requirements.
