At GetLinks, we are looking to change that. This month, we are introducing a payments model that on the form of a monthly subscription.
We, GetLinks consider this new subscription as a way to make sure we are partnering with innovative companies for the long run, not for a 1 night stand for 20% fee.
1-Instead of charging an expensive recruitment for new hires, GetLinks will be charging a monthly fee from 1000$ to 4000$/months for clients to access the pool of talents and hire as many talents as they want across all markets GetLinks operates.
2-For the clients who want to try using the marketplace first, they can start our Free Trial, pay only if successful hire as 10% month fee (lowest in market), then after the first successful hires, switch to 6–12 months subscriptions.
3-For short term, tech workforce needs, GetLinks now also provide project-based talents. Those tech specialists will work at your office for 3–6 months. If the hire stops working for the company, GetLinks will stop charging.
This new subscription like hiring model will also help GetLinks expand our market reach out to companies that haven’t historically relied on recruiting agencies.
